Beijing Olympics!

Normally, in my spare time I do applique and embroidery.

At the moment, I am an....

.....Olympic volunteer!

It's hot work, but fun. I am working on the main Olympic site (called Olympic Green), in the area around the Bird's Nest stadium and the Water Cube. Today was the busiest day so far with track and field competition starting in the main stadium. Today was also a bona fide blue sky day, hot as blazers in the sun, but nevermind, everything looked fantastic!
